How to order

Placing an order

Click on "Request an Order" in the upper right corner (this will open an email to Kate's Cozy Cakes).
In the email, please include the following
- Items you would like to order.
  - If you would like a custom order, please let me know what you are thinking and I will work with you to create a custom quote.
- Date of pickup or delivery
  - Please see below for more notes on delivery fee.
  - Please note: I am a working mom, please be willing to be flexible with delivery/pickup dates/times.
- Payment type
  - please see below for more notes on payment
- Any other questions, concerns, or special requests.
Please remember, this is a side business for me and I may not be able to accept every request every time. I reserve the right to refuse an order if I need to.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of ordering.
- Cancellations more than a week before pickup date will receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations more than three days before pickup date will receive a 25% refund
- Cancellations less than three days before pickup date will not receive a refund
Preferred payment type: Venmo @katelyn.capistrant
- Note: cash or check is acceptable but must be received within 3 days of order date. If not, your order will be considered void and will need to be placed again.
